A Sunday morning gathering for those seeking stillness, presence, and deep rest—in community. The MindFul Mass is a shared practice of mindfulness and open awareness, an invitation to step away from the noise and settle into the moment together. Through guided meditation and gentle reflection, we cultivate spaciousness, ease, and a grounded sense of being. No dogma, no pressure—just a quiet space to arrive as you are, supported by the presence of others, and rest in the fullness of now.

Yoga Nidra is both a state and a practice—a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind where deep rest and transformation unfold. In this guided journey, offered through The Sol Method, you'll be gently led into the liminal space where the nervous system resets, the body releases tension, and the mind softens into stillness.
